General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, most sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
By placing an order through Jill.Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Physical Books
Books sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
Please refer directly to the retailer from which the purchase was made for assistance with returns, exchanges, or shipping issues.
Signed books, limited editions, and specialty printed books are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Merchandise & Print-on-Demand Products
Merchandise items including apparel, mugs, accessories, and print-on-demand products are fulfilled through third-party production partners.
Returns, exchanges, and replacement requests for these items may be handled according to the policies of the production or fulfillment provider.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original Artwork, Handmade Items & Art Prints
All sales of:
- Original artwork
- Handmade items
- Art prints
- Custom creations
- Personalized items
are final sale.
Because many items are handmade, limited edition, or created individually, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products are non-refundable and final sale.
This includes:
- Downloadable PDFs
- Coloring pages
- Digital art
- Digital books
- Printable products
- Bonus content and downloads
Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, no exchanges or refunds will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- An exchange
- Store credit
We do not guarantee cash refunds except where legally required.
Exchanges Only
Approved return situations are generally handled through exchanges or replacements rather than monetary refunds.
Refunds to the original payment method are issued only when required by applicable law or when a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide.
Customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or local taxes
- Any delays caused by customs processing
We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or refused due to customs regulations in the destination country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If a package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will do our best to assist when possible.
Policy Changes
Patzka Ochoa LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
